Bylaws
The nature and scope of ÌÇÐÄvlogÃÛÌÒactivities are defined by its Bylaws, including:
- Stated objectives and the means by which to meet those objectives,
- Rights and privileges of each membership category,
- Composition of the Board of Directors and their duties,
- Rules and procedures for holding elections,
- Establishment and purpose of committees, chapters, and divisions.
Articles of Incorporation
Working in conjuction with the Bylaws, the Articles of Incorporation define the Association's internal affairs and manner of achieving the business objective.
Board of Directors
The elected Board of Directors is responsible for managing ÌÇÐÄvlogÃÛÌÒand guiding its development. Board members are unsalaried and receive no compensation for their services.
